We want you to love what you ordered but sometimes mistakes happen.
Here’s what qualifies for a return or exchange:
Eligible for Return/Exchange
- You received the wrong item by mistake
Important: Any damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Not Eligible for Return:
Special Edition Limited Items
You don’t like the sound quality
The vinyl color doesn’t match the product photo
Skipping or surface noise from manufacturing
Minor cosmetic flaws (small creases, corner dings, etc.)
You ordered the wrong item
You changed your mind after purchase
We do not offer exchanges or returns for cosmetic imperfections unless they are severe.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked Delivered by USPS, it is officially considered fulfilled.
Cruel Youth is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS office for help recovering missing shipments.
We ship to the exact address entered at checkout please double-check your info before ordering.
If you no longer have access to the delivery address, USPS is your best point of contact.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued after the item has been returned to us in its original condition.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees Disclaimer
Please note that all international orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
We do not control, collect, or cover these fees, and we are not responsible for delays or charges that may occur due to customs processing.
All customs-related costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
